| The school motto is the concept of spiritual guidance, is the essence of school spirit culture. The motto is the school members shared values, beliefs and pursuits, is the spiritual pillar for the survival and development of the school. Secondary school students on the world outlook, the values of the best period of forming, the motto of the school to student’s world outlook, values and outlook on life has important guiding significance. The motto not only affect students, influence on in-service teachers and help more teachers, self-identity to school culture, teachers on their own work identity will be directly or indirectly affected by the school motto. Therefore, the implementation of the school motto in the practice process, enhance the positive role of teachers and students learning and life motto is worth pondering.In this paper, fourth Linkou County Mudanjiang city middle school 274 students,112 teachers as the research object, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, from 5 aspects of the transmission of the motto of the school motto, teachers and students cognitive emotion, the understanding of the content, the motto of the school motto and motto practical function, the status of a middle schools’motto practice investigation and study of Mudanjiang City, analyzes schools’motto practice problems and causes of the formation of the problem. According to the motto practice problems, puts forward the motto practice measures, to better play the educational function of school motto. |
