With the rise of China, enhance comprehensive strength, Chinese spread and promotion is becoming more and more valued in myanmar. North myanmar la region is Burma’s main city of the Chinese population of the local variety of minority population, a parallel development, English, Chinese, language usage is complicated. Local language learning mainly relying on Burma, schools, Chinese schools, tutoring is complementary, the two mutually promote the development of the local language. The author through a year in north myanmar la GuoWen middle school internship time of the of the la xu-gou GuoWen middle school student’s language usage data has carried on the investigation and analysis, through the investigation and analysis, can well see:north myanmar la xu-gou GuoWen school students language usage is complicated, deeply influenced the north myanmar la xu-gou area native traditions of Chinese school students and the international promotion of Chinese. The author through the investigation of progressive type, aims to study the following two aspects:first, through the north myanmar la xu-gou GuoWen middle school students use of language, and related factors analysis, related factors including the students use the usage of the kokang dialect, Chinese study and Chinese level, remediation of myanmar language, English, Chinese, etc. The author found GuoWen students use most resolute dialect, the dialect belongs to northern dialect of Chinese southwest time, significant influence on the local Chinese international promotion. Second, through the use of la-shio Chinese school language situation and relevant factors analysis, put forward to la-shio GuoWen school students native language inheritance and four countermeasures and Suggestions of promoting the Chinese language:one is giving full play to the advantages of students bold dialect, strengthen language contrast, improving the students’Chinese ability;2it is to play to the advantages of students Chinese language use, improve the local Chinese teaching;3it is reasonable to build schools, families, and society Chinese regulatory teaching mode; Four is conditionally use of multimedia, network and other modern information technology to create channels, optimize the mode of Chinese learning.
