In recent years, cultivating the talents with innovatory sprit is concerned by more and morepeople, and its importance is recognized by us. In this paper, the research of middle schoolstudents’ divergent thinking is put forward based on the current education reform and practicalteaching high school physics from cultivating new innovative talents needs and the requirementof deepening the quality education.More and more manpower and material resources of the state and society have been investedinto the cultivation of innovative talents and capacity for innovation. The divergent thinking, asan important part of creative thinking, has been paid more and more attention to. Foreign anddomestic have researched it for a long time, related theory is also gradually mature, there is alsoa lot of methods and ways to cultivate divergent thinking. To put it into practice are abundant,but less combine it with the practice of secondary education, from the perspective of physicssubject to explore and practice divergent thinking ability are much rarer.In the background of the quality-oriented education, the current high school physics teachinghas changed from a pure knowledge to the exploratory teaching and from the notice on themaster to the cultivation of the ability of knowledge, but a glimmer of teaching still existslaggard education like "exercise-stuffed teaching methods". Though this way of education ishelpful for students to focus on the development of thinking ability in certain level, but at thesame time has a negative impact on the students’ interest in learning. It is the rigidity of thestudents thinking, is not conducive to the development of students’ divergent thinking, theserious influence the students’ creative thinking. The main reason is the objective existence ofentrance pressure and lack of teachers’ subjective awareness of training students’ divergentthinking ability in the education teaching medium to ignore the cultivation of divergent thinkingability. Therefore, on the basis of the research on the theory of divergent thinking, I discussed therelevant issues of divergent thinking training in-depth combined with high school physicsteaching practice from the view of "multi-solution to one problem". In theoretical research, thispaper has summarized and combed relevant theories of divergent thinking on foreign anddomestic to conduct a comprehensive and concrete understanding of divergent thinking to thegeneral education workers and students.In terms of teaching practice, this paper has collected, sorted and analyzed the three typicalcases combined with the practice teaching in the process of action research on the base oflearning in physics. Through the analysis and reflection of the case, this paper has raisedquestions on stimulate students’ divergent thinking ability of teaching aim, teaching principle,way and method though "multi-solution to one problem". This paper is not only for enhancingtheir teaching ability effectively, but also hope for helping the majority of teachers and students.Due to the limited time and personal abilities, many problems need to be further studied in thefuture in this paper. Hope the peers can put forward valuable opinions and suggestions.
