The Function Of Recessive Ideological And Political Education In Academic Students Association

Ideological and political education has always been the important aspects of students work of university. Scholars has done a lot of research in finding how to improve the reality effect of Ideological and political education, and especially the role of student associations in the work of political education. This paper aims at finding the mechanism of recessive ideological and political education in the platform of academic students association. The recessive ideological and political education can be divided into two aspects: one is about the methods teachers adopt to educate students through different platforms, and the other is about how the students perceive the education content in the different forms of recessive ideological and political education. This research is based on the case study on the academic association Shang Zhu, as well as the depth interview with more 25 members of the association. And I come to some conclusions through analyzing these cases, that the function of Shang Zhu on the recessive ideological and political education is mainly through the organization and activities. From the perspectives of the students, I also analyzed what they achieve from the involvement of Shang Zhu, including the improvement of comprehensive practical skills, improvement of political identification, positive and scientific study habits and the improvement of ideological level which is the most important aspect of ideological and political education.
