| A new round of curriculum reform not only has a great impact on the long formed teaching theory and teaching Practice mode, but also has caused the scholars and front-line teachers’ reflections on curriculum theory and its reconstruction.In this process, the teaching of ethics in junior middle school has also attracted people’s attention.But the attention just is paid on the content and implementation and the management of the curriculum.However, the leading-in part,as the beginning of the class,has been ignored. A good leading-in can not only make the students enter into the mood of the learning quickly and improve their enthusiasm, but also make the whole class go smoothly and efficiently, which will help improve the efficiency of the class greatly and is where the meaning and value of this study lies in. Therefore, the author has established the theme. This paper consists of Introduction and other four parts.In the introduction part, it is mainly the background of new curriculum reform that the subject is based on, and from two aspects of theory and reality, analyzes the research significance, summarizes the related research results at home and abroad, and raises that the train of the thought of this study, in the aspect of data collection and theory will have defects, can’t please everyone, also welcomes fellow scholars’ welcome criticism correctionIn the first part, the paper mainly introduced some social scholars’ different definitions of the connotation of the leading-in in Ethics in the the junior middle school, and points out the five basic principles(targeted, enlightening, fun, cohesion and conciseness)which should be followed by, to do the right things for the whole teaching in class and make it fascinating.Finally, the paper illustrates the significance of guide class in creating harmonious classroom atmosphere, completing the teaching mission, the importance of improve teaching efficiency, in order to arose the teachers to attach great importance to it, and keep in mind.In the second part, from the aspects of ideology and politics pedagogy, education psychology and aesthetics,the paper expounded the principle that Ethics in junior middle school contains, thus laid a solid theoretical foundation for the research in this paper. The third part, properly points out the problems existing in the current junior middle school thought moral lesson guide, mainly from four aspects, such as,not enough attention and inflexible,the material is old, and the improper time grasp. When the problem appears, the reason behind that should be found out, mainly the factors on teachers.There are some other objective reasons. For the problems, the most important thing is to put forward the solution, Therefore, in the fourth part, the paper finds the proper remedy to the case, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy, and explores a few examples of lead-in class, combining theory with practice,from the aspects of practice to demonstrate, which provides a strongly scientific and reasonable explanation. |
