This study applies the method of documents and materials, expert interview method, observation method, and comprehensive analysis method to collect a large number of related data and experimental data. By using the three-dimensional image analysis, image analysis, and mathematical statistics, it analyses the statistics of amateur badminton players’ attacking high and long balls by forehands from backfield in the Gansu province. The paper finds out the mainly existing problems and corrects the problem, which benefits the management of the skill above, the precautions against the injuries and the establishment of the correct movement imagery. Conclusion: 1. In Gansu province the average age of the amateur athletes who contact badminton at the first time is 20, which is much older than 8 in developed cities. Therefore, differences in the age and the period of participating in the sport cause one the much lower level of the expertise in badminton in Gansu province. 2. Seen from the grams of Mr. Index, muscle strength and density of the amateur badminton athlete’s body in Gansu province are weaker than that of professional Chinese badminton players, which take no advantages in the competitions. 3. When they prepare for the games, the left elbow lift a maximum angle of 131.25 degrees, a minimum angle of 54.04 degrees, and the right elbow life a maximum angle of 70.24 degrees, and a minimum value of 50.60 degrees. Compared with the theoretical value(90 degrees), it shows that they have no consistency in their movement, and the shoulder joints of amateur badminton players are not fully open. 4. The outstanding amateur badminton players in Gansu province twist their torsos too much in the phase of leading rackets, which mainly affects the racket leading action. In one minute’s V jump, both male and female athletes act weaker limbs explosive power and waist abdomen strength which affect form of back arch in later. 5. The outstanding amateur badminton players in Gansu province speed up from right side of the shoulder to elbow and to wrist in the ball hitting phase. And their ball hitting skills conform to the principle of “beat”. However, they perform litter angle changes of their hips, knees, and ankle joints, especially negative angle change of ankles bring them insufficient pedal switches. 6. The amateur badminton players in Gansu province do not perform their maximum speed until the return phase, which cannot ensure perfect hitting effects.7. During the four phases, preparing phase, leading ball phase, hitting ball phase, and the former following phase, the amateur badminton players in Gansu province take the most time in the former following phase. And judging by the X value, the figures show that both the male and female athletes locate their heads and rackets outside of their left feet. This comforts to the basic technology of badminton. Suggestion: 1. Pay much attention to early training of the badminton, and children’s interests; and strengthen the basic skills of badminton training; 2. Pay attention to the athletes’ body shape structure in material selection period of children teams; and strengthen the practices of players’ muscle strength, density. 3. Fully open the shoulder joints in the preparing phases; pay attention to the coordination of the positions of elbow, shoulder and head; and ensure the consistency of action and concealment. 4. Reduce the torso torsional amplitude; correct their movement from the technique level; and guarantee the accuracy of action. 5. According to the principle of “beat”, make shoulders be shafts, then in turn, accelerate the body; lead arms drive the forearms, and form a quick flick; and enhance the pedal switch of lower limb, then speed up the ankle, knee and hip to transfer the power of the ground to the big forearm to increase the speed of the swinging. 6. Suggest strengthening the practice of swing racket action and the management of the shot point. 7. Pay attention the continuity of the high and long position forehand attack in the backfield, and its quality; shorten the former following phase, strengthen the consciousness of restoration.
