Energy is a national economy stable and healthy development of the important support, in recent years, with the emergence of a series of problems of global resource depletion,energy shortage, energy crisis and energy security issue is becoming the focus of all countries in the world, more and more attention to study the related issues of high energy utilization rate, energy saving etc. the. In this context, the cultivation of energy comes into being. All countries in the world have called for:to attach importance to the development and promotion of energy education,it is imperative to strengthen the cultivation of energy.China began the study of energy education, the degree of attention is not enough.Although the cultivation of energy quality, domestic scholars has done some research on the macroeconomic policy, but for the cultivation of energy involved is not clear in many specific problems of School of basic education in our country; primary school education,the cultivation of energy embodied, less content scattered. In view of this situation, this paper think of pupils to study the cultivation of energy value and great necessity.By reading the literature and related books, understand the current status of energy awareness and behavior of pupils in primary school students in China,exploring the energy literacy cultivation problems,then summarize the related Marx theory,summarize the enlightenment Marx doctrine theory of Chinese primary schoolchildren.At the present stage of Chinese primary energy education the main problems of less, research content is not wide enough, there is no set of energy education specialized courses, specialized materials such as the lack of energy education. To solve these problems, this paper argues that, Marx’s theory from the perspective of China’s primary energy, the cultivation of values should be based on the Marx doctrine, Marx’s ecological view,Marxism as the theoretical basis and guiding ideology.In the primary energy cultivation work must adhere to the principle of lifelong principle,cooperation principle,the principle of combining theory and practice of education, must be energy knowledge, values, behavior and energy saving energy in primary schoolchildren.
