| The teachers’ professional development have an important and direct influence to the secondary vocational schools at present stage And traditional teachers’ further education expose shortcomings gradually.While,teaching-learning community satisfied vocational teachers’ requirements of sustainable development because of form and characteristics,and develop a new form to affect teachers’ professional development. As one of new forms of teaching-learning community,teacher studio plays an important role in secondary vocational schools. Compare to the development of teaching-learning community in practical,the research of theory is still deficient,and qualitative research is less. Based on this situation,this paper research tried to find out the way how teaching-learning community affect vocational teachers professional development, the weaknesses and influencing factors through analysing the inside working system of a teacher studio, at last take forward some suggestions.As for observing and analysing the studio more deeply, this paper choose Peter M Senge’s learning organization theory, based on the five elements:thinking in system,self-transcendence,mental model,shared vision,cooperative learning,this research try to figure out through following five elements:shared vision,construction of members,literacy atmosphere between teachers and individual activities. During the research,find out the government pay attention to inspire teachers’ self-development consciousness while neglect the leaders’ need of further development;promote knowledge shared but the effectiveness of communication between members is shortcoming;make teachers’ belief change but teachers still not interested in taking part in the studio. According to the existing problems,the paper take some macroscopic and microcosmic factors into consideration:education policies,schools management,schools atmosphere,teachers’ culture and career development motion,communication between teachers to think about the suggestions to teachers’ studio. Firstly,teachers’ studio needs support and new developing estimating system; Secondly,the principles need offer opening atmosphere and promote the effective communication between teachers; At last,teachers should learn to accept others and rethink profoundly. |
