In recent years, Micro-course resource construction is being paid more and more attention in education domain, the development of Micro-course resource are now underway in many schools, the technology innovation education of Micro-course practice and exploration is being developed rapidly. As large number of Micro-course works increase exponential, the quality of Micro-course content becomes forces to be reckoned with. The usability of Micro-course is an important index to measure the quality of Micro-course, the research of Micro-course resources available conditions from the perspective of usability is the key content in this research.Micro-course usability theory is based mainly on the theory of cognitive load, achievement motivation theory and activity theory. These theories provide theoretical support for this research work. This paper systematically expounds the research status of Micro-course and usability, combing the influential usability standards, based on existed research and references some relevant standards that I construct Micro-course usability index system, also using the AHP to determine the weight of Micro-course usability index. The questionnaire of usability evaluation of Micro-course is based on initial Micro-course usability index system and some relevant usability evaluation questionnaire. This research adopts network survey to obtain 218 valid user data in one month, using the SPSS statistical software package to statistical analysis to get the usability evaluation results of users.Research shows that:(1)The usability evaluation of Micro-course of users is in good condition, the users agree that micro-course is effective, efficient, learnability, memorability, satisfaction. (2) The usability evaluation of Micro-course was significantly related to user’s gender, occupation, education. The age of the users on the usability evaluation of Micro-course has no relationship.(3) Different genders on micro-course’s evaluation of effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, memorability have no significant difference, but there are significant differences about satisfaction of different genders ,boys are more satisfied with micro-course than girls.(4) According to the teachers’and students’occupation identity,the research founds that there are significant differences between teachers and students on the memorability, satisfaction evaluation. In the memory level, teachers’memory on micro-course’s knowledge point is higher than that of students. In the satisfaction level, data shows that the teachers use micro-course more active than the students, teachers’satisfaction on micro-course is higher than that of students. (5) Different user’s degree exist significant differences on micro-course’s satisfaction. Characteristics of the survey sample in a high level of education, including undergraduate and postgraduate students which accounted for most of proportion. There exists significant difference in the frequent use of micro-course between undergraduate and graduate college students, undergraduate used more frequently than graduate students. Undergraduate and postgraduate students has significant difference in learning micro-course resources to the degree of satisfaction of micro-course, compared with postgraduate students ,undergraduate are more satisfied with micro-course learning resources. (6) The user’s age has no significant difference on usability evaluation. (7) Based on customers on micro-course quality requirements and suggestions, that can be summed up in ten key features of micro-course "jing dong yin shi qu jian yi tu qing xin ". It is also consistent with the characteristics of the micro-course—short, pithy, interesting.This research not only constructs the Micro-course usability index system, but also applies the index system to the investigation of the usability evaluation of Micro-course users. According to related theories and research results, put forward eight feasibility strategies to improve Micro-course usability from effective, efficient, satisfaction which is pay more attention to the importance of teaching design, pay more attention to the importance of the construction of teaching support, pay more attention to the detailed knowledge of the subject, pay more attention to the establish training mechanism, pay more attention to improve the function of the construction of resource platform, increasing the availability of dimension index of usability of Micro-course, pay more attention to the design of learning activities to the users as the center, pay more attention to construct an effective incentive mechanism.The purpose is to attract more users to active learning by Micro-course, so as to promote the sustainable development of Micro-course.
