Research On The Influence Of Art Education In Colleges And Universities On The Development Of Young Students

Art Education in colleges and universities refers to the universities systematically implement the training of students’ fine arts, music, literature, film, architecture and other art forms according to needs of social development and students’ comprehensive developments, which is social practice that improve the students’ aesthetic consciousness. Art Education in colleges and universities is the the main ways and content of implementing the aesthetic education, which can not only train the students to feel, express, appreciate and creating beauty, but also lead the students to establish correct aesthetic standards, cultivate noble moral sentiment, profound national emotion cultivation, stimulate imagination and sense of innovation and promote the students’ comprehensive development and healthy growth. In recent years, college art education has made great development. However, it is undeniable that art education is still the weak link in higher education, which exists difficulties and problems. Short Commencement rate of art course, small participation surface of art activities, deficient art teacher and other problems has not been fundamentally improved. These problems restrict the full exertion of the educational function of art education.This paper takes part of the alumni and students of Xihua University as the object of study and study the status of Xihua University Art Education and the impact on students’ development through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, and on this basis, explore the methods of strengthening art education of colleges and universities. It points out that college art education can cultivate students’ noble moral sentiment, enhance learning ability, improve the humanistic quality and aesthetic level and establish good interpersonal relationship, and the influence mechanism of art education on students’ development is explored. How to strengthen art education? It pointed outs: raising awareness, changing ideas; innovating teaching mode; promoting the integration of science and art; establishing a long-term mechanism of art education; setting up exchange platform of art education is the main way.
