Construction Of The Long-term Mechanism For The Community Sports' Clubs' Development In China

In practice,Community Sports Club is recognized popularly as a social PE organization form and manifestation of organized Community Sports.It is an important commonweal and non-profit PE organization which satisfied people's gymnastic requirements and cooperated with the Whole-People Health-Building Plan.In this thesis,the author adopts the methods of documents,compare and logic analysis,systems analytic modeling and so on.It is supported by some subjects about sociology,histology,managerialism,and combined correlative information to analyze the characteristics of Community Sports Club and the developing basics about it Aiming at the club's developing basics about dynamics,safeguard and benefit,it should start with institutional construction lay to realize the long-term validity of development and construct the long-term effective mechanism for the community sports club' development in China.In the mean time,with sights set on the three points of the community sports club' development and characteristics of the community sports club,and using for reference about the advantages and disadvantages of league development in China,it is summarized good experience.From the institutional lay,it is constructed the long-term effective mechanism for the community sports club' development in China:the systems of requirement lead,volunteer,club's self-discipline,and expatiated the function,correlation among them.Finally,the academic model of the long-term effective mechanism for the community sports club' development is constructed.It can offer some academic reference to the development of the community sports club in China.
