Under the background of new curriculum of our country advocates teachers to lifelong learning, and continuing education is a reflection of the thought of lifelong education, the teachers to improve the ideological quality through continuing education and their professional quality, implementation so as to make the education and teaching work better.From the present middle school teachers continuing education to its system gradually mature now, China has initially established a set of continuing education of middle school mathematics teachers scheme. In recent years, along with our country out of the new curriculum reform, the society has put forward higher requirement to education for middle school mathematics teachers. It must strengthen the learning of basic theoretical knowledge,the combination of theory and practice, improve the teaching level. Materials recreate the ordinary high school mathematics knowledge, so that teachers in the professional knowledge,the knowledge frontier, and cross disciplinary knowledge slightly shortcomings more obvious,only through the analysis and research, these issues will be solved timely and effectively, so as to better meet the needs of the curriculum reform, in order to achieve teaching new development.As everyone knows the middle school mathematics teachers in secondary education system plays an important role in the quality of education, only to continuously improve the overall quality of middle school mathematics teachers can we push me in middle school mathematics. Only by changing our country at this stage the majority of middle school mathematics teachers to teach students to do the simple problem score high title sea indoctrination education as the only goal, to effectively change the current our country most of the students from "passive" to "active" from "learn" to "learn" state of learning. Education has been put on the agenda has been a long time to true middle school mathematics teachers,but the current in-service teachers attitude to continuing education is worrying! Although the teachers to the new entry in every area of our country is "a new teacher training" and "backbone teachers training for veteran teachers". But the majority of the mathematics teacher of middle school teachers in our country is not cold in continuing education, as a number ofcontinuing education courses to become a mere formality. Teachers deal with leadership,teacher leadership to deal with. Is the teacher’s idea out of the question? Or our nation’s continuing education system itself loopholes? This is the main line of this study.How to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ continuing education, enhance the efficiency and effect of continuing education is the eternal theme of mathematics teaching concerns. This article mainly through the following research on continuing education of middle school mathematics teachers several points: firstly explains the research significance,purpose and research methods; secondly introduces the middle school mathematics teachers to participate in continuing education for their own growth play an important role in. This includes the importance and necessity of continuing education; current situation and then introduces the middle school mathematics teachers’ continuing education; some suggestions are given in the end of continuing education of middle school mathematics teachers.
