In the context of upgrading social transformation and risk society, and under the background of improving high school educational quality, the social stability risk will be a consistent thread running through all these school education, management and innovation programs.In the context of deepening educational reform, innovating social management system and promoting the national governance system and governance capability, the probing of the risk problems in school, the special field, and the high school, special group, is quite innovative.
