"Reflective teaching" as to promote teachers’ professional development of Teacher’s education theory, has aroused widespread concern in the education sector,but also pointed out the direction of teacher education reform in the world in twenty-first Century. The new curriculum reform puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ ability of teaching design, teachers should emphasize through reflection to promote their professional growth.Based on the theory of interpretation, combined with case teaching design, the reflective teaching theory into high school history teaching design, reflection on the basis of teaching practice, and the teaching design is modified, perfect. Hope that through reflection, perfect teaching design at the same time, improve the ability of teaching design of history teachers, promoting teachers’ professional development.This article is divided into four parts. The first part of introduction mainly introduces the reason of the topic, research status, research support of theoretical basis, research ideas and the research methods. In the second part, the connotation of reflective teaching on the base of the summary procedure, the effect of reflective teaching in improving teachers’ ability of teaching design are discussed in this paper.In the third part, taught the new curriculum version required two "opening up new routes" for example, try to follow the reflective teaching procedure, teaching design of "opening up new routes" lesson before class, class, by default, in the monitoring of teaching reflection after class, design unreasonable for reflection on teaching, design adjust, improve. On the last part of the problems related to the application of reflective teaching in history teaching, in order to better use of reflective teaching to guide teachers design teaching, enhance teachers’ teaching design ability. |
