The Design And Application Research-on Demonstration Experiment In High School Geography Classroom

The classroom demonstration experiment is one of the essential means of teaching,from the secondary school science curriculum practical teaching situation.By demonstration experiment, teachers and students can present geographical concept,simulate geographical phenomena change,and access to geographic knowledge.Carrying out a demonstration experiment is quality education reflection,which is aim to develop students’ comprehensive ability,it’s to change the geographic approach to learning about the New Curriculum requirements.However,at present,most of the schools and geography teachers do not realize the importance of geography experiments,and less discussed the geography classroom demonstration experiment specially.In this study, with the help of literature review, research methods video analysis,classroom observation, case studies, and a reference for the study of natural science subjects experienced physical, chemical and other middle school classroom demonstration experiment,I do some studies on geography classroom demonstration experiment and its application as follows:demonstration experiments’ theory concepts and research status, and it’s significance based on basic theory;classify demonstration experiment systematically,and the 2013 National Geographic quality class video analysis showed that the effect of the application and teaching of geography classroom demonstration experiment has recognized by the majority of classroom teachers and education experts;based on curriculum standards, researches geography textbooks, books and other demonstration experiments related articles, it’s to provide reference for the application of a demonstration experiment clearly,to summarizes the teaching strategies of demonstration experiment;take the PEP "Geography" compulsory one as an example, it proposes demonstration experiment design’s principles and methods, and gives practical cases.
