Yoga exercise allures more and more young people in recent years. The number of people keep exercising is very large. In the Chinese medicine theory, being healthy means all the meridians through the body. Yoga has this effect. For the modern womanhood who live in high pressure every day, exercising Yoga can regulate their moods, release their nerves from living pressure, let them drain their bodies of toxins, burn their fat, make them being calm, strengthen their heart.The subjects of the study are the effects of high-temperature Yoga to female white-collars’body shape and parts of physiological value by experimental methods. The experimental methods depend on 60 women from Wei De Li Nuo health club and Fulin health club in Hun Chun, dividing them into two groups, each group has 30 ones. All the 60 women at the age of 25-30 are members of the two clubs who have not done any sports, and they are very healthy.The conclusion of this study:To compare the indexes before and after the experiment object between groups, the result is that:(1) the body shape of the women who exercised high-temperature Yoga got obviously improved, and the vital statistics were obviously descended. The differences of waist line, weight, abdominal skin fold thickness and thigh circumference between before and after the exercise are very notable. Compare with the common group, the differences of waist line, weight, abdominal skin fold thickness and thigh circumference are very notable too. But there are no obvious differences about lower legs, bust, waists and arms. It means that high-temperature Yoga is good for female’s body shape, it slims the belly and thigh, but keeps bust and hips, make females look nice.(2) Exercising high-temperature Yoga can reduce female’s fat and BMI obviously, the difference is very notable. It’s sure that the weight will not be changed, and the fat will be reduced, better than common Yoga.(3) Exercising high-temperature Yoga can raise the norm of the forward bend posture; the difference is very notable between before and after the exercise, because doing high-temperature Yoga can improve body’s pliable quality.
