| The art education in the field of education cannot be ignored.In each stages of education, art education is indispensable. In thirty-five years of reform and opening up, China’s urban and rural economy has achieved rapid development, but the level of economic development is still lagging behind the city.There aree two reasons> one is our rural population base, the low economic development starting point and the Congenitally Deficient Conditions of economic development.The other is Chinese existence of urban and rural economic structure of two yuan. Two structure in urban and rural economy also caused a huge gap between urban and rural basic education, unbalanced education problem is prominent, the level of art education in rural schools obviously lags behind the city school. Based on this, this article has carried on the discussion to the Shenyang city primary school art education is not balanced problem research.In this paper, starting from the empirical point of view on the basis of reading a lot of literature on the basis of the selected are chosen in accordance with the difference of economic factors in urban and rural areas and regions, in the choice of sample in three primary schools and three primary schools in Shenyang city and Shenyang County of Kangping Province as the research object. In the course of the study, the first part of the introduction, introduces the purpose and significance of the research background, research status at home and abroad, learning and research ideas and methods; and then the related theories are described, including the theory of art education, urban and rural balanced theory, balanced urban and rural education theory; on this foundation, has carried on the investigation to the Shenyang urban and rural primary school art education present situation, using four questionnaires:the County Board of education, the school questionnaire, teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire survey the basic situation of art education, art courses, extracurricular art activities, art education, art education teaching resources, equipment and facilities, in art education opinions and suggestions on several aspects of investigation and analysis. Based on the results of the survey, analysis of the causes of Shenyang urban and rural primary school art education is not balanced question, finally from four aspects of countermeasures are given in Shenyang urban and rural primary school art education is not balanced problem. |
