Modeling Research On Industry-study-research Cooperation Of Economy And Management Specialty Based On System Dynamics

Industry-university-research cooperation has been an important measure for China to reform its talent cultivating mechanism, in order to train more applied talents to adapt the development of society and economy, Economy and management specialty which participates in the industry-university-research cooperation has its own characteristics. The cooperative system is also special for the talent cultivation model, the affecting factors and targets. Furthermore, the industry-study-research cooperation of economy and management is a nonlinear and uncertain system from the perspective of system science. The cooperation effects and tendency is hard to be predicted because of its influencing factors and complex relationship in system. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an index system of influencing factors and get the dynamic analysis results of cooperative system with scientific method, which should be a significant task for industry-study-research cooperation of economy and management research.Firstly, this paper focused on the analysis of the rationality and adaptability for the research topic with the review of industry-university-research cooperation and System Dynamics. Secondly, this paper established and analyzed the structure and hierarchy of index system though input-output theory of cooperative system. Thirdly, this paper established the causality diagram and SD flow chart and defined variable and equation for system model according to the system dynamics modeling steps. Finally, this paper collected the related date of variables, analyzed the results of system simulation by using VENSIM, and put forward some specific proposals and measures with the practice of industry-study-research cooperation in economy and management school in A university as the example.Overall, this paper established the index system of influencing factors and system dynamics model for industry-study-research cooperation of economy and management major, which will be good to design effective measures in terms of system simulation. The research in this paper also is a new attempt and innovation for systematic study of industry-university-research cooperation.
