This paper takes the Chinese education as an example in Taunggyi of Myanmar, which is based on the native teachers.Through the74teacher surveys and57student surveys and interviews, we analysis the present situation of the native Chinese language teachers in Taunggyi. With the investigation,we find some actual problems of native teachers, analyzes the causes of the problems, thus obtains the solution measures and suggestions.for the reform, which can promote teachers development and chinese schools’reform in Taunggyi. The full text includes thevintroduction and five chapters.The introduction includes the research goal and the significance of the research, the domestic research present situation, concept definition, research methods and theoretical perspective.The first chapter reviews the development situation of different administration periods, simply introduces four Chinese school in Taunggyi, making a description of the survey scheme.The second chapter is the investigation on the basic situation of the native teachers, personal related situations, respectively in Taunggyi Chinese school teachers’quality, occupation cognition and survival status were investigated, and all the data is be fully statistics.The third chapter is the survey on the status of teaching, the investigation is about the grades the teaching forms of organization and discipline, the teaching methods, the language used in class and teaching skills, teaching reflection after class and teachers and textbooks and other issues, all of them has been made the data statistics.The fourth chapter is the survey on the present situation of teacher training, which includes teachers training, the training content, methods and models of teachers’ perceptions of their training. All of them has been made the data statistics. The fifth chapter is the analysis of survey results, through the investigation and statistics, we find existence problems of taunggyi area Chinese teachers,analyze the causes and find out the corresponding solution measures.The conclusion part of the structure of carding, and points out the deficiencies in this writing, in order to do something for the Chinese teaching in Myanmar.The survey found that the teachers of Chinese is in imbalance gender in Taunggyi area,teachers’ degree is low, the teachers’ quality is uneven and they lack of scientific research ability, teachers’teaching task is heavy, whose taking class type is complex, they teaching methods are sin gle, lacking of teachers’ book, teacher training is lack of effects, teacher’s income is low, they are in the worried living conditions. To solve these problems,the author thinks that we should seek to the legal status of Chinese language teaching, improve teachers’ quality and the level of education, improve the teachers’training work, increasing the income of teachers. China’s Chinese international promotion should put more support to myanmar taung-gyi,All the Chinese schools in Taunggyi region should also combine to solve the problem and seek the new development of Chinese education.
