| Jiangsu province is one of the economically developed eastern coastal areasin China,but Jiangsu province within the area of basic education development conditionand development level have obvious difference. It caused the imbalance between the basiceducation development between regions. Zhenjiang is located in the southern jiangsuregion, education modernization has experienced the rural education modernization, themodernization of the county education and education in the south of jiangsu modernizationconstruction during the three periods. The first two time belongs to catch-up stage ofdevelopment, it emphasizes the school reform, teacher education standard and graduationrates and several key indicators. In the third stage of development, Zhenjiang basiceducation has made significant progress, it effectively promote the basic education in thewhole city from basic equilibrium edging towards quality equilibrium, but it inevitablycreates the new problem of unbalanced, uncoordinated.Through data statistical analysis, we find that the disparity between classes in differentareas, the full-time teachers education levels of Junior middle school stage the followingsignificantly lower than the high school full-time teachers, the different situation of titleassess in different regions of different stages of full-time teachers, we all find that urbanprimary and secondary school full-time teacher ratio is higher than the reasonableproportion, suburban county junior high school full-time teachers in young adults are lessthan half. By contrast, literature, we find the regular and establish a system of basiceducation human resources rationality assessment. We hope to provide some reference toZhenjiang next basis education of human resource management.For Zhenjiang based education present situation of human resources, this paper putsforward that countermeasures from six modules of human resource management: humanresource planning, recruitment and selection, education and training, salary and benefits,performance assessment. |
