With the rapid development of the society and economy,education in China has been developing vigorously. However, inrecent years, the media is frequently report problem of theteacher’s ethics. These events are crying,at the same time,alsopush the problem of teacher’s ethics on the forefront of socialpublic opinion again and again. The teacher is the root ofeducation,and ethics is the soul of teachers. The level of teachers’ethics is one of the key factors which decide the success or failureof the education career,directly relate to the future of the countryand the future of the nation. For a long time, China has alwaysattached great importance to the construction of teachers team.Teacher’s ethics construction is the key of the teachers. Theteacher’s ethics construction is a long-term moral project,which isextremely complex and systemic. Enhance the level of teacher’sethics is not happen overnight,and is not can be completed only relyon a particular aspect of strength. Teacher’s ethics constructionneeds various aspects strength’s long-term and unremitting efforts,such as the government,schools, teachers and so on.This article is based on the base project---“The ImprovementStudy of the Research on the occupational morality of primary and secondary teachers” of teacher education research center of Shanxi Normal University. Come to the conclusion through analysis ofrelated research questionnaire and interview record, differentsubject such as government,schools and teachers must play theirroles in the process of teacher’s ethics construction,they must alsorecognize their responsibility and role in the teacher’s ethicsconstruction.The full text is divided into five parts, the first part is theintroduction, introduces the cause of the selected topic, thepurpose of the selected topic, the meaning of the selected topic,the research methods, the definition of related concepts, and sumsup the research status of both at home and abroad. The second partis about the research on primary and secondary school teachers’ethics current situation, through questionnaire survey andinterview method, select different angles, analyses the primary andsecondary school teachers’ ethics current situation. And then, thearticle through the rest three parts research the role of differentsubject in the construction of teacher’s ethics from the threedimensions of government, schools and teachers, and puts forwardrelevant suggestions and countermeasures respectively. Tostrengthen and improve the teacher’s ethics is an important part ofthe socialist moral construction and citizen moral construction andthe fundamental guarantee to fully implement the party and thenational education policy. In the process of the teacher’s ethicsconstruction, the government, school, teacher should connect witheach other, complement each other, Only form a resultant force canteacher’s ethics construction achieve the best results.
