Analysis The Construction Of Teachers’Morality Of Primary And Middle Schools Under The Theory Of Moral Leadership

Basically, the key point of increasing the quality of teachers’ team is doing the construction of teachers’morality well. Because the construction of teachers’ morality is connected with the revolution and development of the education.Moreover,it also related to the strategy of "Morality administrating education". Furthermore,the construction of teachers’ morality will affect the extension and development of the core value of socialism. Recently, the failure of teachers’ morality happens in some primary and middle school. It damages the significant image of the teachers’ team. However, the principle as the core leader of the teachers’ team should realize that the status and function of the construction of teachers’ morality is important when the school constructing the teachers’ team in primary and middle school.Moral leadership theory is aimed at education leaders to strengthen the education of moral accomplishment management theory. Moral leadership theory starts from the criticism on the traditional middle of school management and leadership. This inspires that the leaders in the school should base on the principle of moral and value and the leader authority when they doing practice. Particularly, the theory of moral leadership give the practice of leader a great inspiration. When the principle of primary,they should combine the current core value of socialism then try to build up the standard level of teachers’ value and moral. At the same time, principle should try to explore the way of leading the teachers’ team. Making sure that every teacher can build up a high quality image for ou society.This dissertation analysis the construction of teachers’ morality in primary and middle school from the moral leadership theory. From elementary school teacher moral consciousness and concept, style of leadership, the leadership of the leading hardware condition and operation mechanism of the relationship from four aspects of leadership. After figure out the existence problems of schools in M city, we would like to give the suggestion which can help the M city develop the construction of teachers’ morality and avoid moral hazard in the primary and middle school education:To build the core value of principals and teachers; Improve the moral leadership of primary and secondary school principals to virtue; we will improve the mechanism of guarantee of the construction of the moral standards of primary and secondary schools.
