| The international study of public sports service has considerablescale, our scholars regarded it as early focus of the study. As a publicservice of the unique areas of policy implementation, sports publicservice development in each country has attracted the attention ofmany researchers.This research will use the method of literature, comparativeanalysis, text analysis method, logical analysis method, thetranslation of English literature relating to the British policy of publicsports services. Combing the Chinese and British background factorssports public service policy, theoretical theology, execution andperformance evaluation content. Using comparative perspective onthe the British sporting public service policies after the1970s todescribed and analyzed, to collected the policy that Thatchergovernment, the Blair government, Cameron government period,China’s reform and opening up, the market economy and today’seconomic and social development period related to the specificcontent of sports public service policy. Through specific presentationand comparison results since the1970s: British sports backgroundfactors of public service policy is affected by the capitalist economic system of capitalism monarchy deeper theoretical theology follow thenew public service theory, execution compared high stability,performance evaluation mechanism has matured; background factorsin China’s sports system of public services affected by the policy ofthe socialist market economy deeper theoretical theology follow thesocialist market economic theory, the execution has not been stableformation mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism underconstruction.Through a comparative analysis, drawing on the British sportingpublic services advanced policy experience, and make suggestionsfor lack of sports public service policy of China.
