Research On Cultivation Of Contemporary Female College Students’ Main Body Consciousness Under The Theory Of Men’s Development

The wave of globalization sweeping across the world, female college students’ attitude towards life, values and way of life are undergoing profound changes. Under the new domestic and overseas environment, it is becoming more and more important and necessary to cultivate the new century socialist construction of female college students. According to the basic contents of the theory of man’s all-round development, the author found, sorting out and summarizing the subject consciousness of the female, and researching the cultivation of female college students’ subject consciousness in the view of the comprehensive development of man, it is important and far-reaching significance to deepen or improve the theory of all-round development of people and female college students’ own development. Female college students are the backbone of the future development of intellectual women, female college students’ subject consciousness is conducive to women’s liberation, to achieve the greatest social and economic benefits; also to the construction of gender equality and harmonious family relationships; is conducive to change the lack of sex education in Higher Education of China; what is more, it is conducive to the development of female students. This dissertation is divided into four parts:The first part: introduction. This part mainly explains the research background of the article, summed up the theoretical significance and realistic significance of this research, related research on the comprehensive development of domestic and foreign scholars on human and female college students’ subject consciousness, the article describes the research method and innovation.The second part: This part focuses on the dialectical relationship between the overall development of people and female college students’ subject consciousness. This part is mainly to explain the dialectical relationship and the internal consistency between the theory of all-round development of people and female college students’ subject consciousness, first introduced the theory of all-round development of people and female college students’ subject consciousness theirs meaning; followed by analysis of the dialectical relationship between them: the cultivation of female college students’ subject consciousness is the inner of female students to realize comprehensive the development of guidance, theory of human’s comprehensive development on female college students’ subject consciousness cultivation.The third part: mainly discusses the present situation and the reasons for lacking of female college students’ subject consciousness. According to the related literature, summed up the good and lack of female college students’ subject consciousness. And on the basis of summing up, analysis of the external and internal reasons for lacking of female college students’ subject consciousness. Reasons for lack of subject consciousness of female college students are mainly reflected in the following four aspects: social reasons, family reasons, school reasons and female students themselves.The fourth part: the cultivation the environment for female college students’ subject consciousness is proposed, which is core part of this paper. Combined with the theory of human’s comprehensive development, it puts forward relevant suggestions in the perspective of social, school, family and female college students themselves: construct a good social environment; optimize the education environment; build gender equality of family custom; strengthen themselves education of female college students. By writing this paper, it expects that people will have a more profound understanding of the people-oriented ideological of political education and pay attention to the overall development of female students.
