The essence of the agricultural modernization is the use of modern science and technology, modern industrial materials and equipment and modern scientific management methods, the process of transform traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, accelerate agricultural modernization is to realize the industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization the synchronous development of major task.The use of modern science and technology knowledge, skills, and armed agricultural labourers to the laborer of knowledge-based management concept is an important aspect in the connotation of agricultural modernization.Agricultural technological and cultural quality of practitioners in recent years along with the advancement of agricultural modernization in our country and the importance.Stock of rural human capital level and direct relationship between the agricultural modernization to promote speed and efficiency, our country is a traditional agricultural country, a large number of rural population its overall level of education is directly related to national education level, is related to rural economic development, therefore, the rural education is fundamental for the realization of agricultural modernization, global role.On the other hand, solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the inevitable requirement of modernization construction in our country, the peasant problem is the most need to solve the practical problems in the process of our modernization drive and the key to solve the problem of farmers is the development of rural education.Material base construction of new socialist countryside lies in "production development, life well-off", visible in the rural vocational education in cultivating farmers’ human capital and other than the various types of rural education will play a more important role.In the current rural vocational education in our country the overall development of low level and not up to train and bring up new type farmers burden under the background of this article is based on agricultural modernization perspective discusses the problems of rural vocational education, the concrete from the following aspects:Analysis of academic study of the problems of agricultural modernization, rural education present situation (chapter one);Research about agricultural modernization as well as the classical basis theory, the problems of the rural vocational education to lay the theoretical basis for study of this paper (chapter2);Based on the perspective of agricultural modernization analyzes the function of the rural vocational education (chapter3);Based on the perspective of agricultural modernization of the characteristics of the rural vocational education development are discussed (chapter4);Based on the perspective of agricultural modernization of rural vocational education existence question and the reason analysis (chapter5);Analysis of foreign vocational education experience and summarizes related apocalypse (chapter6);Put forward to promote agricultural modernization in our country and the relevant opinions and Suggestions on the development of rural vocational education synchronization (chapter7).The innovation of this article are:first, the innovation of the research topic.From the related literature at home and abroad, for specialized in agricultural modernization under the background of the research on rural education development is not much, in this paper, in the process of agricultural modernization in China, the direction of the reform of the rural vocational education puts forward a new path. At the same time put forward combining with the relevant concept of inclusive growth and related interest group theory point of view, put forward the path of the rural vocational education in China should be diversified.
