In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform in high school thought political lesson request, about the case teaching method in the teaching of high school ideological and political research, but in practice there are still some problems in the application process. Case teaching method is based on the case, let the students in the process of analysis and solve cases, through independent learning, to gain knowledge, develop the skills of a teaching method. This article embarks from the high school thought political lesson teaching practice, consult the high school thought political lesson case teaching method in recent years are analyzed by using the theories of results, and combined with his practice in the process of practical experience on the use of the "case teaching". Specifically elaborated the high school thought political lesson using the principle and necessity of case teaching, emphasis on the operation of case teaching in high school thought political lesson of the existing problems and their causes are analyzed, and on this basis puts forward some relevant solving strategy, and constantly promote the application of case teaching in high school thought political lesson, designed to strengthen the thought political lesson teaching effectiveness.The content of this article is divided into four parts. The first part is about the theoretical research of case teaching. The second part analyzed the current high school thought political lesson in the problems existing in the use of case teaching and the reasons. This study adopts questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on research methods of case teaching in the high school thought political lesson to use existing problems and reasons. The third part mainly introduces the case teaching in high school thought political lesson using concrete countermeasures. The fourth part introduces the case teaching in high school thought political lesson the effect of using and thinking. Proved that the high school thought political lesson case teaching method, through the interaction between students and teachers, cooperative learning can give play to the dominant position of students in learning, to mobilize students’ learning interest, cultivate students’ ability to analysis and solve the problem.
