Information technology education is a measure of overall national scale, it is a sign to achieve the modernization of education. Information technology is the foundation of basic education information technology education, play an invaluable role in promoting information technology in education. My family all over the uneven economic development, information technology education they need a lot of capital investment, so the development of information technology education in different parts of the same is not balanced, the problem encountered in the development process is also different. Changling County in Jilin Province, Jilin Province is a poor Counties northwest, construction and development of information technology education in Changling County on the characteristics of the county due to economic and social development, and has its particularity [32].Through a sample survey, to understand the status of Changling County15primary and secondary education informatization construction.
