Balance ability is the basic embodiment of physical quality, good balance is conducivenot only to improve exercise capacity, can prevent the occurrence of injury. Currentresearch on the ability of body balance, the focus of the researches mainly focus on theelderly, balance ability for the children of this group and its related study less, in fact, thebalance ability of childhood is good in the future to maintain a good body posture, dailylife and sports activities of the foundation and guarantee, thus to explore the effects ofphysical exercise on children balance ability is necessary. In recent years, numerous studieshave confirmed the scientific and reasonable exercise can improve the body balance ability,but these forms of exercise are more concentrated in the Taijiquan, aerobics, core strengthexercise, studies on the effects of gymnastics movement on the balance ability of less, lightinstrument gymnastics and gymnastics games influence on balance ability also is less andless, and how to solve these problems, will further promote the children’s balance capacityimprovement.In this paper18weeks of experimental teaching for7-8years old children by teachingcontents combined with light instrument gymnastics and gymnastics games, analysis andexplore the impact of7-8years old children’s dynamic, static balance ability. Usingliterature method, experimental method and mathematical statistics and other researchmethods and conclusions of7-8years old children’s dynamic, static balance ability toconduct research in the development of changes before and after the content of combinedwith light instrument gymnastics and gymnastics games teaching.The research draws the following conclusions:1.There are some positive effects to improve the light instrument gymnastics andgymnastics games teaching to balance the ability of children aged8-7.2. Boys and girls are different in balance. The girl is better than boy in static balanceability, and in the dynamic balance ability is better than the female male.3. There is some difference in the balance ability of different age. The8year old boysand girls living in the dynamic and static balance ability than the7year old boys and girlsliving well.
