Study On The Establish Of SJ College Counselor Performance Evaluation System

College counselors has always been the main force for ideological and political education, especially after the release of the central document no.16, the construction of college counselor team is getting more and more attention, specialization and professionalization are being gradually introduced. But the job content is scattered, transactional work is complex, ideological and political work are hard to quantify. The Counselor’s Performance Evaluation has always been difficult to find a system to promote. This article research the College Counselor Performance Evaluation System combined with the actual work of SJ College Counselors.First, this article refers to a large number of literatures and reviewed the theory of performance and performance evaluation, exposit the development history and research status of performance evaluation at domestic and foreign, summarize and systemize the establishment of evaluation index system and the choice of performance evaluation method, it also define and analyze the College Counselor Performance Evaluation SystemSecondly, the SJ College Counselor Performance Evaluation System is as the object of study, the use of expert investigation method and Cronbach test method for screening of indicators and establish the project evaluation index system of college counselor performance.Finally, according to the SJ College Counselor Performance Evaluation System,this article choose the AHP method to determine the weight of the SJ College Counselor Performance Evaluation indicators,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the SJ College Counselor Performance Evaluation, so as to provide valuable reference for the SJ College Counselor Performance Evaluation.
