With the unceasing expansion of graduate education scale, the structure of education improved, but it also makes a great challenge on the graduate education itself. As the main force in university research, graduate students are one of the most important sources of national innovative talents. Postgraduates’academic integrity is not only closely related to the academic development of colleges and universities, but also has a very important effect on the growth and innovation of construction to the country. In most of world universities, there are many academic dishonesty behaviors in various degrees, and the academic morality also shows different degree, different range of anomie, but in western countries, studies on academic integrity has already begun in the last century and has formed a comparatively perfect in handling mechanism of academic dishonesty behavior. Chinese universities were late in this respect, so in recent years, the graduate student academic dishonesty trend intensified. The number of papers published in China now has been ranked first in the world, which is more than other countries’, but the average citation rate is only ranked in the world top100. So how to expand the scale of graduate education and improve the quality of graduate education has become the problem that current universities have to face. The good faith education of graduate students is the priority among priorities, but the academic research of the postgraduate academic moral and academic integrity is far from enough. This paper will be divided into six parts, the first part will talk about the specific meaning of academic integrity from the meaning of the word. The second part is about the necessity of graduate academic credit system. This paper will talk about the current graduate student academic integrity status, honesty education and the construction of style of study of foreign countries, and it will carries on the thorough analysis to the reason of academic dishonesty behavior exist in groups of postgraduates in China. The last part i will also put forward some opinions to the construction of China’s postgraduate academic moral and academic credit guarantee system in the end.
