As the embed subject, NGO need the factors just like professional assurance and comply with ethical values, summarize of practical wisdom. As the embed object, hospital need the factors like more open, the ability to integrate resources and a good management skills. The research also proposed the embed mechanism the following conditions:the professional supervise of the NGO, the key figures during the embed process, the communication and coordination between the embed subject and object.
