Doctor-patient relationship means the relationship between doctors and patients. Doctors includes medical institutions and medical personnel; patients including the patients and the patients’family. The relationship between doctors and patients is the most basic of medical practice relationships, coordination of this relationship or not directly affect the ability to carry out the entire medical practice good and healthy functioning. In recent years, there has been very patient relationship discord situation, the doctor-patient violence, medical trouble, have occurred when doctors and other medical dispute stabbed, and even become a social problem, become the focus of widespread concern. Lack of trust and understanding between doctors and patients is one of the important factors in the doctor-patient relationship discords, both doctors and patients should be "community of interests", and now the mutual suspicion, standing opposite the ends. Social Trust between doctors and patients could be eased and eventually resolved, related to the healthy development of social harmony and stability and health undertakings. This paper studies the social trust between doctors and patients to solve this real problem is proposed.In this paper, the author draws on the part of scholars of social trust and theoretical results on the doctor-patient relationship, trying to pass this stage in Harbin Z hospital research, interpersonal trust in the doctor-patient, doctor-patient relationship of trust and confidence of the three aspects of the doctor-patient system as the purpose to explore the causes of the current status quo of social trust between doctors and patients of Chinese society and its formation. Combined with the typical doctor-patient system of Western countries and China’s reality, make a few suggestions reconstruction trust between doctors and patients, a study combining theory and experience.This dissertation consists of five parts and details are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, social trust between doctors and patients make the research background and significance, the study of social trust at home and abroad were reviewed with the doctor-patient relationship, indicating research methods, and to be studied hospital in Harbin Z Profiles will be described, and finally the logical framework set forth herein and possible innovations.The second chapter is the basic concepts and theories.
