Study On Personnel Training Of Volleyball Reserve Talents Of Middle Schools In Weifang City

Based on the volleyball backup talent cultivation models, such as Weifang sports school, Weifang NO.7middle school, Weifang NO.1middle school and Weifang middle school, as the research objects, and some athletes, coaches, school leaders of these schools as the investigation objects, this thesis adopts methods of literature, field investigation, questionnaire survey, and summaries researches on civil and external competitive sports cultivation models and volleyball backup talent cultivation models, and analyzes several aspects of the volleyball backup talent cultivation mechanism, such as the volleyball backup talent selection mechanism, training and competition mechanism, learning management mechanism, output mechanism, training and competition fund management mechanism. The results are as follows:(1) Four middle schools select volleyball athletes through tests on athletes’physical qualities and morphological characteristics, and experience judgments made by coaches’ subjective consciousness, lacking of high-tech selection methods;(2) On the basis of insisting on after-school training four middle schools have basically established holiday training mechanism, and actively participated in volleyball competitions on county and district, city, provincial and national levels, providing multi-level opportunities for athletes and ensuring the continuity and systematicness of trainings and competitions;(3) Four middle schools put all volleyball athletes and common students in the same class in academic management, in order to effectively guarantee that volleyball athletes and common students could accept high-quality academic education, and coaches and class teachers are in charge of their double supervision;(4) All four middle schools have established the student athlete enrollment cooperation mechanism with universities on the athletes output mechanism, guaranteeing volleyball athlete output ways smooth;(5) Four middle school volleyball teams mainly rely on school funding, showing their training and competition fund source is single.(6) At present, four middle schools on cultivation mechanism have advantages that they set up the athlete-oriented cultivation idea as well as the systematic training and education incentive mechanism, and develop close cooperations among different schools, and promote the flourish of school volleyball clubs, and formulate cooperation relationship between Schools and Enterprises or Universities.
