| The degree of job satisfaction of teachers is a wholeã€with emotional mood to explain feelings and emotional reaction. Teachers’job satisfaction has important impacts for daily teaching of teachers and teaching goal. Rural education is the weaknesses of the education links, physical education as an important component of education will face more difficulties and challenges. In the current situation, conducts researches on the satisfaction of physical education in rural middle schools, both as a response to the national call to improve rural teachers’ quality, as well as a development needs of physical teachers and developing a comprehensive health needs of students.In this paper, Shaanxi Province rural general junior high school for service, and preparation physical education teachers as investigation object, using methods of literature and mathematical statistics etc, on Shaanxi Province rural general junior high school sports teachers of work satisfaction degrees for discussion analysis, from overall understanding and analysis about Shaanxi Province rural general junior high school physical education teachers work satisfaction degrees of situation, and according to Shaanxi Province rural general junior high school sports teachers work satisfaction degrees of investigation results, for rural junior high school sports teachers of reality, Propose solutions and strategies. Research results are as follows:1. Junior high school physical education teachers in rural areas in Shaanxi Province formed by the eight dimensions of job satisfaction:working environment, interpersonal relations, leadership and management, compensation benefits, promoted education, student quality, professional identity and the nature of work itself.2. Overall, rural junior middle school physical education teachers in Shaanxi Province was basically satisfied, satisfaction is not high on its own work.3. From the eight dimensions of teachers’job satisfaction, satisfaction from highest to lowest is:interpersonal relations, the nature of work itself, leadership and management, student quality, working environment, promoted education, compensation benefits, the nature of work itself.4. Different ages, different qualifications, seniority, marriage or not, whether or not acting as coaches and administration, as well as monthly income differences in teachers’ job satisfaction, there is no difference in gender.5. According to the survey results, the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in rural junior high schools in Shaanxi Province to improve the strategy:improving the compensation system, pay attention to teacher training, raise their reputation, improve working conditions, development of incentive measures. |
