Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of enhancing theability of aerobic capacity by twelve weeks training with the method of changingfrequency of rowing before pre-seasons.Methods:This study was based on16male rowing athletes of ShandongProvince,all athletes were randomly divided into two groups.Using different trainingmethods,Experimental group using conventional training methods of training combinedfrequency plans,and control group using conventional training methods.And take2KM&6KM test both in water and on land for each group,also test blood lactate,blood urea,and serum creatine kinase.Results:(1) Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s athleticperformance and special ability has improved significantly.(2) Compared with thecontrol group, the experimental group’s blood lactate showed a more significantdecline in the fourth week.(3) Compared with the control group, the experimentalgroup’s blood urea,and serum creatine kinase levels decreased moresignificantly,which showed the training for frequency planning could be adapt,andwas safe and feasible.Conclusion:Frequency planning training for rowing athletes can significantlyimprove the competitive level of aerobic capacity,we suggest that in future trainingcan enhance such training.
