The number of college students has been increased year by year since the college expansion of1999, while the issue of employment has become increasingly prominent. On the purpose of university is to receive a higher education through individual investment in education, and making the realization of human capital value added, finally realize the smooth employment, guarantee to increase personal income in the future. But the reality is one aspect of the difficult employment of college students, on the other hand, enterprises are difficult to find suitable talent, the contradiction of College Students’employment market supply and demand contradictions and post structure coexist. In addition, in the overall employment situation, there are still some talent showing itself, achieve successful employment. This shows that in the employment market is "oversupply" background, as the "seller’s market" of college students is very difficult according to their expectations of employment, must comply with the market demand for their all-round development, to enhance their ability, and not just rely on a knowledge or skill to achieve successful employment. College students with migration, flexible, elastic generic competency becomes urgent and practical significance. We expect make this as a starting point for the detailed study of business expectations, people need have what qualities, what university students lack what competency and how to enhance the quality.In addition, along with the reform and opening up, the central enterprises gradually become bigger and stronger, and its human resource management model is undergoing major changes. Campus recruitment has become the key method of recruiting basic technical personnel and management personnel, and the important means to establish talents reserve system. Therefore, a study on quality requirements of central enterprises and common competence model shall be an important tool to guide college students’cultivation and to ease the employment pressure. Accordingly, this paper will analyze the capacity requirements to establish the competency model and find out the competence gap between the college students and enterprise requirements and finally gives corresponding countermeasures.Chapter one includes the background, background, meaning, purpose, research methods and research ideas of this paper.Chapter two refers to the research results of competence, competency model and common college competency in domestic and foreign countries.Chapter three draws a common competency table based on gathering the recruiting information text and concluding common college competency requirements of central enterprises.Chapter four conducts the questioner survey, and draws the competency model with the use of exploratory factor analysis.Chapter five makes a study of current college students’competency status on the use of questionnaires, which finds the cognitive biases and shortcomings providing the basis for the given solution.Chapter six provides the methods of improving college students’competency.Chapter seven summarizes the main conclusion and innovation of this paper, and draws the vision for the future research.
