The purposes of this research include:describing specifically the status of high school students’ phone addiction, and also, exploring the effects of demographic information, characteristics of phone using, interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being towards phone use on the high school students’phone addiction, the data in this study could be valuable information prevention and intervention of high school students’phone addiction.In this study,960high school students were selected from four high school of Hunan province as research subjects. They were measured by Mobil.e Phone Addiction Index Scale (MPAI), Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale, Adolescent Subjective Well-being Scale and demographic data. Descriptive statistics, x2test, t test and logistic regression were used to analyze the data in SPSS21.0.Therefore, following conclusions from these results could be made:(1)The ratio of mobile phone addiction among phone users of high school students is about8.8%, and it varies significantly from different levels of some demographic variables such as grade, gender.(2)Mobile phone addiction high school students mainly use the Internet, the strongest.motivation of using mobile phones is for entertainment, spend more time than non-cell phone-addicted high school students.(3)Grade and high school students mobile phone addiction has obvious relationship.(4)Mobile phone addiction of. high school students were positively related to the interpersonal problems, the mobile phone addiction and the subjective well-being were negatively correlated, the interpersonal problems were negatively related to the subjective well-being.(5)Phone addiction can effectively predict interpersonal and subjective well-being, interpersonal relationship is the mediating effects between mobile phone, addiction and subjective well-being.
