Since entering the new century, with China’s rapid economic development, more andmore rural labor force into the city, and made great contributions to the city construction.However, their children were forced to stay in rural areas, long-term away from their parents,grandparents or other relatives from the old generation to take care of. Among those in thejunior high school kids is a very important component, which we call "Rural left behind juniorhigh school students"."Rural left behind junior high school students" group is very large, andthey are in the key period of physiological and psychological tends to be mature, is directlyrelated to the citizens of the overall quality level of China’s next generation of improve thecultivation of their moral qualities, affect our quality of rural population increase, affect thesmooth implementation of China the strategy of new rural construction, and even affect thefuture development of the country and stability. These problems seriously affect the overall quality of rural anew generation of young people improve.Cause of" Rural left behind junior high school students " moral quality of the aboveproblem is in many aspects--factors of family education and school education, and socialenvironmental factors. First of all, family moral education to appear to lack, parents educationconsciousness, away from the side of long-term, trust Guardian most is the generation of the elderly or cultural quality low relatives, they lack of awareness of moral responsibility. Thesecond is the lack of moral education in schools, most schools only attach importance toeducation, neglect moral education, appeared misplaced school moral education strategy. Thelast is the rural social and moral education seriously weakened, including governmentagencies in support of moral education was grossly inadequate, the shortage of funds, thesocial moral environment deterioration.In view of above factors, the next step is to should include the following measures toimprove the left behind junior high school students moral quality.First,we should raise theimportance of family moral education, as many parents play a special role in the left behindjunior high school students moral quality cultivation, strengthening basic role in familyeducation.At the same time,other managed care more about " Rural left behind junior highschool students " moral education, take a more scientific approach, to fully guarantee thefamily moral education should play a role.
