According tothe Chinese higher education and the private higher education in Liaoning provinceindustry, uses the PEST analysis tools and the Potter five forces model to analyze theexternal environment of Shenyang GXY, basing on the introduction of the background,analyses the macro environment, the industry structure and external environment ofShenyang GXY，expounds Shenyang GXY component factors, the professional settingand professional construction, teachers, student management and enrollment andemployment，analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing Shenyang GXY,opportunities and threats, and then constructs the SWOT matrix, and choosing thestrategic, analyzing the existing development strategy and problems of Shenyang GXY,and putting forward the improvement measures；Finally this article puts forward thedevelopment strategy and guarantee measures of Shenyang GXY.Main results of this study expected to provide reference for the development ofprivate higher education of our country, in order to offer reference to improve thesustainable and stable development of Chines higher education. |
