The employment of vocational students, as an important part of vocational education,has important implications for the development of vocational schools and vocationalstudents. Employment in vocational schools is an important part in the management ofsecondary vocational schools. According to the status quo of vocational studentsemployment, together with the problems it causes, the effective management of vocationalschools has an irreplaceable role in the optimization of vocational schools andstudents developments. With the rapid development of the society and a series ofadjustments of national education policies, the employment of vocational students alsopresents a number of new features, such as the existence of the gap between market demandsand employment expectations of students, the contradiction between the value orientationof students and employment options, and the misunderstanding of social identificationtowards secondary vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to study the employmentsituation and relevant countermeasures.The paper takes Shouguang,as an example during the study, using the method of acomprehensive literature analysis, survey research and other scientific research on theemployment situation and countermeasures of vocational students. The paper collects andorganizes a large number of research-related information through the application of theschool library, digital libraries and Internet search engines and other tools in order tofind out more comprehensive papers relevant information. An in-depth analysis on theemployment of vocational students in Shouguangby application of employment theory. Thewriter focus on research of social development in the employment research process ofvocational students, understand their regional employment situation and existing problemthrough field research. Thus,the study prometoes the development of vocational studentscombining related employment theory and the actual situation in Shouguang.Based on the status quo and employment problems of vocational students, the study bringsforward to the optimizing countermeasures for the concept of employment, career planningand other aspects of their ability to graduate. The research in Shouguang,Corporations’personnel needs and psychological characteristics of vocational students inShouguangemployment, based on the Shouguang vocational students in employment analyzesthose existing problems, which mainly embodied in the aspect of society, schools, familiesand students themselves,etc. For these four aspects, the paper identifies optimizingcountermeasures in Shouguang vocational students employment. On the social side, the government should increase education funding, improve the treatment of teachers and schoolfacilities. In schools, the professional should be optimized configuration, strengtheningand social practice students in vocational guidance, career planning guidance to enhanceand strengthen the overall quality of students vocational training as well as training toenhance students’ professional knowledge. In terms of family, Because the positive roleof family factors in employment, vocational students should be promoted to improve the levelof employment. The students should recognize themselves and set up self-confidence,correct positioning, and renew ideas, adjust attitude and improve employment ability.The research is on the status quo of employment vocational students by closely basedon the current situation and national policy to be favor for the development of vocationaleducation. The paper is to offer an objective reference for vocational students to providemore employment objective to learn more by analyzing the current situation of vocationalstudents employment, clarifying the issues to get deeper understanding. It has a certainacademic and applied value. The research aims to promote vocational students to better meetsocial needs, helping them to achieve success and gain development.
