In the background of today s educational system, as a special group ofstudents and being split into vocational schools according to learning abilitiesand behaviour, a majority of the junior vocational school students have obviouslydifferent sense of well-being. Especially when in today, which is highlydeveloped both economically and culturally, most of the kids in the country aresingle-children. Having better growing environment and background, the studentsare more self-centered and don t want to share and cooperate. In the meanwhile,the students may be classified into different groups accoriding to the differentfamily background and different life status, and the polarization between therich and the poor. Study into the psychological well-being of the juniorvocational students and seeking for the reason for low psychological well-beingof the junior vocational students may help find proper measures to improve thesituation and the students well-being as well their psychological quality.In order to get a thorough research into the different psychological well-beingof the junior vocational students, we adopted questionnaire and interviewingmethods in2junior vocational schools, having questionnaires among400studentsand interviewing1o students, to find out the discrepancy in their psychologicalwell-being, gender, family condition, and study behaviour.The research shows that the junior vocational students well-being isinfluenced by various aspects and it has tendency that conveys negative senseof well-being. That s why these students are in great necessity to be helpedto improve their sense of well-being where necessary social support,psychological assistance and living and working assurance are essential.
