In recent years, study aboard becomes an important platform for the international educational exchanges, the students market is booming, the training institution is explored with the wave of going abroad, how to survive and sustain in intense competition is becoming a pressing problems for the small firms. At the same time, with the booming of Internet technology, the e-commerce020mode are now expanding to all fields.XW Education is a typical small firm of training for going aboard, currently the company faces the problems of allocating the resources of teacher unequally and the cost of teacher is huge in training department, and also faces the problems of the way of recruiting students is too simple and the effect of propaganda is worse in marketing department. It might have a detrimental impact on company’s development, and need to be fixed immediately.This paper firstly builds the SWOT model for XW education, and then proposes the improvement solutions aimed at the training and marketing problems based on the matured020mode, to provide a sustainable solution for this company. After setting up the teaching center and studying center, implement the O2O training solution that the qualified teachers teaching online and the assistant aid teaching offline, it can solve the issues of allocating the teacher resources and the huge cost of the teachers. After implementing the020marketing solution that using the APP with personal assistant, it can help to solve the marketing issue.
