| Due to implementation of policies as college expansion of enrollment, there are increasing number of students entering college for higher education year after year. Tertiary education has been from elitism to popularization and traditional teaching models and methods on ideological and political education cannot meet the needs of modern education any more. In addition, the development of science and technology, especially the entrance of the network era, has accelerated the speed of information transmission and broken boundaries of original cultural exchanges which lead to the consequence that nowadays students could contact all sorts of values and be affected by many of them. Besides, the western capitalist countries are implanting their capitalism ideology to our young students in a more concealed way. In fact, all of this lead to a serious situation that our mainstream ideology education, college students’political identity, and the actual effect of ideological and political education are all in the state of being challenged.Under the above background, based on the Marxist humanism theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Confucius’s individualized method of instruction theory, Babancknn’s teaching optimization principle, Bloom’s mastery learning theory, and all kinds of educational methods, this paper is meant to implement a stratified education for college students’ideological and political education by means of dividing the main educational body into four parts as teachers, counselors, students cadres and advanced models, educational carrier into classroom teaching, organizational management, campus activities and mass media, educational object into freshmen, sophomores, junior students and senior students. And then, depending on actual research and data analysis of each grade college students’ideological and political education status and demands, this paper aims to build a new mode for stratified ideological and political education implementation. |
