To meet the demand of the grass-roots health ceaselessly, make fitness at thegrass-roots level team get steady development, solve the fitness at the grass-roots levelteam a lot of problems in the process of our development. Constantly improve managementoperation mode of the basic fitness team. Based on fitness at the grass-roots level ofBeijing team, using the method of literature, case analysis, field investigation and researchmethods, was carried out on the selection of fitness team members of the managementpattern, the content, structure, belonging to department, team communication andcoordination, sources of funds and use situation and activities of on-the-spot investigationand analysis, found that fitness at the grass-roots level team in the activities organized,team management appeared many problems.The results show that the fitness at the grass-roots level team is springing up growthin recent years, but a lack of normative fitness activity in the team organization form, alsowill appear such problems as lack of internal management Including:(1) the fitness teamset up registration administrative phenomenon of the high threshold, the fitness teamidentity legitimacy establishment impeded, the legitimate rights and interests can not gettimely and effective protection. Second, the social instructors there are serious tendency ofaging population, the fitness team to provide help and services will be affected, theinsufficient reserve forces. A level of education is not high, lack of social instructors,pertinence of related business training on a regular basis. Fitness management team doesnot have management ways and means of keeping the pace with The Times. Three infitness activities, fitness team organization and management in the lack of scientific,orderly and rational. Four, single, lack of funding sources, the lack of funds, thegovernment has no long-term funding, no form institutionalization, quantity is also verylow. Five, lack of fitness at the grass-roots level team system, perfecting the organizationand management of rules and regulations, lack of effective supervision mechanism.
