State education departments putted forward the quality education in the1980s, according to the education status of primary and secondary and the personnel training needs. The quality education try to set the improvement of students’ whole quality as teaching’s objective. In the early21st century, Sternberg, R. J., the renowned psychologist, raised the balance theory of wisdom which explains the wisdom’s intrinsic quality,access mechanism, the relationship with other psychology skill and how to develop student’s wisdom. This master dissertation try to apply the balance theory of wisdom inteaching practice under the background of quality education.Based on the study in Quality education theory, humanism theory and construction doctrine, balance theory of wisdom,this paper adopts the literature research method to explain to connotation of wisdom theory,ideology source and mode construction of wisdom teaching.The paper makes a detailed analysis to construction of teachingmode in four factors, include teaching objective, teaching content, teaching process,and teaching evaluation. And it provides basis in theory and practical to wisdom teaching.Through Observation wisdom teaching practice, summarizing the teaching cases.Then, it analyzes the factors in the wisdom teaching case rely on the teaching mode.Based on interview to some teachers and students,it analyzes the advantages of wisdom teaching in arousing interest, developing wisdom of students,increasing happinessof studentsThis dissertation mainly includes the following five parts:The first part describes the background and origin of the reseach of wisdomteaching,summarizes the research status at home and abroad, expounds the problemsexisting in the research and determines the focus and significance of the study. At thesame time, the first part expounds the connotation of wisdom and wisdom teaching,laying the foundation for theoretical study of the wisdom teaching. This paperdescribes the research methods at the end of the first part. The second part explains the theory basis of the origin of wisdom teaching ideas,including quality educational theory, humanistic theory, constructivist theory andbalance theory of wisdom.The third part explained the basic theory of wisdom teaching, and on that basis,setting the wisdom’s general objective and divisional target; analyzing the content ofwisdom teaching and developing the case teaching content; analyzing the wisdomteaching process and laid out the procedure of wisdom teaching; explaining theevaluation traits of wisdom teaching; To construct the wisdom teaching modelthrough analyzing the element of wisdom teaching.The fourth part is based on the wisdom teaching theory and the wisdom teachingmode. With the cooperative teaching process with front-line teachers, we develop theteaching practice of wisdom teaching, and further analyze two aspects such as teaching elements and teaching effects in view of the teaching practice. We conclude that thewisdom teaching have a advantage on account of practice case of wisdom teaching.The fifth part is conclusion which mainly summarizing the foregoing wisdomteaching substance, talking about the deficiencies of this dissertation and lookingforward the wisdom teaching.
