In recent years, the living and development of our campus environment and conditions change constantly, some unexpected events disrupt the normal campus teaching and researching within the existing order, and also a threat to the safety of school teachers and students. Dealing with campus crisis become one of important issues. The ultimate goal of Campus Crisis Emergency Measures is to ensure the stability and development within the campus, to minimize risk in damage. Currently, we still have not set up specifically for campus emergency management organization, educational administrative departments are responsible for campus incident management. The department did not have experience of dealing with crisis management, generally they set up of the coordination group temporarily in major emergencies on campus. This post-processing are often with high cost, the characteristics of mobilization, and the effect is not satisfactory. On the whole, campus crisis complexity also makes the school administrators feel hard to hold, but it is not means that it can not be prevented and control. If we know the essence and the rule of the crisis, and build scientific management mechanism, it can be revolved. So how to deal with crisis and ensure the stability and development is the aim of emergency management in school.This paper describes the concept of campus-related crisis and research status, through questionnaires, the causes of crisis in the campus is sorted out and classified. For campus crisis are presented, measurements to prevent and respond to campus crisis are proposed as prior warning stage, something in the response phase, after the recovery phase response. From the perspective of emergency relief, building the campus emergency response organizations and processes to enable managers to promptly take the initiative to deal with campus emergencies, it is timely and effective to avoid the incident is very important actual significance.
