Physical education curriculum in colleges and universities of higher education acompulsory course, is a special discipline, it not only has physical education andpsychological education in duality, but also improve the physical and mental qualities ofcollege students, meet the needs of society, such as multifunctional features. Core of the PEcurriculum of physical education, there is no scientific, reasonable sports curriculum, itcannot achieve the course objectives requirements very well. Science of sports curriculumessence is to change the traditional sports in the course of the old, irrational part, meets therequirements of contemporary college students ’ training objectives established curriculum,training for community-building needs in the new era of a certain theoretical knowledge andprofessional qualifications, with strong social adaptation ability of practical talents. Universityis student of physical education curriculum for the final stage of school physical educationand forming lifelong sports of the most critical periods.With the development of society, the improvement of people’s living standards, workrhythms, health awareness is greatly increased, gradually formed a fitness environment. Increase the amount of sports funds, strengthen the construction of teachingfacilities, which offer many types of sports programs, keeps students engaged in their favoritesport.
