With the advent of the knowledge economy and the information age, the period of big data has arrived. People’s reading carrier does not stop at books, reading time is not to stay in school, reading vision is not limited to traditional classics, then a new way of reading came into being, which is "General Reading"This paper theoretically explore the meaning of General Reading". Based on the case study of development of school-based curriculum about Sanyuan Experimental Primary School to study. Describes the development and implementation of school-based curriculum. Finally, the entire process are discussed in theory and practice level. In order to looking for the brand strategy of " General Reading " school-based curriculum. Development and utilization of "General Reading"school-based curriculum has a positive and profound impact for the optimization of the structure of the school curriculum, it can improve students’literary quality, enhance teachers’ curriculum management capabilities, expand school brand.
