| Since the development of university education, instrumental rationality and beliefcrisis have become the common problem of the contemporary university. Contemporaryuniversity how to stick to the freedom of the university, and to meet the demand of thesociety, it is an important problem for the contemporary college conception. But tofundamentally solve this problem, we must be based on the knowledge as the coreelements of the university. This study process applys university concept in the field oftheory of knowledge.By researching on the history of Chinese and western concept of university,university’s knowledge evolution is the inner drive of concept changing.In this sense, thecontemporary university crisis is in fact the deeper causes of knowledge and belief. Todefense university crisis, therefore, it must be re-examined the relationship betweenknowledge and belief in education of contemporary university.The theoretical logic of knowledge education and faith education shows that theknowledge education toward the belief education is the key to solve the crisis of themodern university. At the same time, the knowledge education and belief education of theuniversity education should obey the historical logic.University idea should be the logical that the belief education is the basis of theknowledge education.On the basis of reality, China’s university education should befinished on the ontological concept of identity, system construction and practice experiencerefactoring, and insist on combining knowledge evaluation and value evaluation. |
