Research method of this article is mainly used literature method, interview method, experimental method, measurement, mathematical statistics. The research uses sixty-eight4-5years university affiliated kindergarten children of Beijing as subjects, using grouping comparison experiment. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group of thirty-nine children use exercise intervention, mainly including strengthen the balance, speed, sensitivity, flexibility exercises, and strength endurance exercise. The control group of twenty-nine children of. kindergarten use daily activities. The experiment lasted for12weeks,2times per week, each intervention for1hours. According to the2010national physique monitoring standards, the height, body weight;10meters running, tennis throw, standing long jump, walking the balance beam, body anteflexion in sitting position and the heart rate, respiratory poor test index will be tested. The results are as follows.:1. For preschool children aged4to5is given priority to with quality of balance, flexibility, agility, speed, strength, endurance exercise is complementary exercise intervention, can promote the body shape, physical quality, the development of body function.2. Implementation of exercise intervention program for preschool children aged4to5weight effect is not statistically significant3. The implementation of the exercise intervention program for preschool children aged4to5the influence of the height is not statistically significant.4. Implementation of exercise intervention program for preschool children aged4to5score of weight for height has a certain influence, female height and weight score difference is statistically significant. 5. Exercise intervention program for preschool children aged4to5speed, balance, flexibility, sensitivity of development has a certain influence, and the impact on the balance quality, flexible quality gender differences.6. Before and after the exercise intervention, intervention objects standing long jump index showed no statistically significant difference, show that the proposed scheme for preschool children aged4to5lower limb power intervention effect is not obvious.7. Object movement before and after the intervention, intervention of heart rate, breathing, statistically significant differences.
